Terms and Conditions Advertisements will normally appear within 72 hours unless otherwise specified. Your advertisement will appear indefinitely unless/until you request that it is removed. If you change your mind about your advertisement and would like a refund, this will only be possible until the end of the month in which the advertisement was bought. The reason being is that this is when the charities will be paid and subsequently it will not be possible to retrieve the money from them. You can submit a replacement image for your advertisement by sending a new image and specifying which advertisement you would like changed. Requests to remove or replace an advertisement must come from the same e-mail address as the one that was used to originally place the order, subject to verification. If submitting your own advertisement design, please ensure that it is of the correct dimensions for the advertisement size chosen. If not and if possible, it will be resized to fit. Images submitted that contain material, which is obviously offensive cannot be accepted.  If in doubt, please ask when sending the e-mail.
