Allow SWFs

It's 2011.

Allow swf files, but set rules for their use. Or, only allow swf posting for users of a certain level.
"I searched through the alterable values of flug gb.mfa but couldn't find Eric, Hoj, Alex or the Spaghetti Monster. Therefore Eric must exist, but Hoj, Alex and the Spaghetti Monster must not exist."

Definitely.
Granting SWF permission for certain levels is a great thing to be unlockable as a user.

Remember back in the day, people with no badges had hardly any upload space, and the more badges you got, the more upload space you could have?
I think being able to edit and delete your own posts came with the 3rd badge.

Those kind of things are great limiters, so newbie users or bots can't spam the forum with trash, and actual users have to work up their time in the community to do things like that.

Yes it would be good to implement this sort of thing into the level system.
