Yeh maybe. Owell ive started working on the map today, got a short cut in there and some buildings/cactus and stuff. Also going to try and texture the road too.

Added road texture
added some primitive buildings

Things look like they're coming along very well. How about the videos? Have you downloaded the screen recorder I posted?
It should help with some better quality vids, and when you do record, you should close any unnecessary programs and tasks. (Music, internet, games, anti-virus, widgets, etc)

Screen recording can be taxing on a simple or older computer, so it's best to be prepared for that.

Hey eman, yup i did indeed use the screen recorder you got me and think its much better thanks mate. Yeh im happy with my progress so far. Oh i will do that from now as always have internet and mmf2 running when i record.

fraps is better. There is no lag with fraps, although i think it only works on dx games.

Also, you clearly did not make the background. Please, do not mix your own graphics with graphics you've borrowed.

Well to be fair i just got a well done texture off the internet as mine wouldnt be half as good. Why do you say we shouldnt mix graphics?
I will be adding cactus, trees and signs and some road markings.

Update

Done a couple more hours work and changes a fair bit.

-changed acceleration and top speed of KITT
-added cactus
-added more buildings
-added better textures
-curved all the roads

Next on the list... civilians! We need to run people over and stuff.

I remember Albin made this WELL ACE car thing. With super awesome looking water. What was that, Albin? Killers in Cars 2? Proper splatted civilians and trashed the terrain and it looked brilliant.

Im afraid your dreams wont be realised with this one as KITT can't run people over. Im not having peds as people from top often look rubbish too. So good points and bad points hoj?

It is better to keep updates separated by a couple of weeks.
The fact that you added a cactus does not need to be an update.

Also, the background texture would look better if it was your own.
Please, thrust us on this. It looks cheap with the borrowed graphics.

Also, why don't you add optional upgrades to KITT? That's always fun!

Ok ill sort the textures myself and see what ya think. I like the idea of having all KITTs driving bits available straight away but there going to be limited by how many Knight Points you have.
Albin just to let you know i didnt just add a cactus lol, I added:

Faster top speed
Faster acceleration
Cactus
New buildings
Pavements
Curving to the road
Added textures to boxes/crates

So a few more bits then just cactus
