NoteBook is a word processor and document organising program, which it allows you to store multiple documents, of different types, in one file.  Each document is called a page in NoteBook.  There is a proper Rich Text editor, which allows you to format the page by choosing fonts and attributes such as bold etc.  Images can be acquired from your scanner or camera and saved as pages in JPEG format.
