FC - Folder Customiser

This program provides an easy way to customise the way
folders look in Windows.  To use this program, follow
these steps:

1.  Download FC.zip and put FC.exe into any folder.
2.  Choose a folder you want to customise and open it.
3.  Select View, Customize this Folder...
4.  Select Create or edit an HTML document then
    Next >.
5.  Click Next > again and close the editor straight
    away.  Click Finish.
6.  Open the Folder Customiser and choose the settings
    that you want.
7.  Overwrite the file Folder.htt that is in the
    folder that you want to customise.
8.  Press F5 in the folder and your settings will take
    effect on that folder.

If you wanted to, you could choose a background
picture for where the files are:

1.  Select View, Customize this Folder..., then Choose
    Choose a background picture.

The entry in the Desktop.ini file in the folder that
you want to customise will have this section and key:

[{5984FFE0-28D4-11CF-AE66-08002B2E1262}]
PersistMoniker=file://Folder.htt

You can change the Folder.htt part so that the folder
looks for the file that you specify.

Note: this program requires Internet Explorer 4 or
over to work properly.  You can also associate HTT
files with this program so that double clicking on HTT
files opens the program with the HTT file.  You can
only use HTT files created with FC for use with FC.
