Image Tiler

This program allows you to view tiled images.  If the
file selected is not recognised by the program, the
file's icon will be tiled instead.

Note: Viewer does not redraw properly  I.e. if a GIF
file is chosen and it has a transparent colour, the
previous file will show thriugh where the transparent
area is.  If there is a picture that is one pixel big,
it may take a long time to draw to the picture box if
the program is maximised, in which time the program
will freeze until the picture is fully displayed.
Creates registry entry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB
and VBA Program Settings\Martin Allen\Imgtile
