MSDXM.OCX is a component that is used by Windows Media Player.  It looks like there is a corrupt file or registry entry somewhere.  My advice is to uninstall Windows Media Player 6.4 and then install it again.  Follow these steps to do this:

  1. Click on Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs
  2. Choose the item in the list called something like Microsoft Windows Media Player 6.4
  3. If it is not there, then you will have to miss out the above two steps.
  4. Click on the link above to download Windows Media player 6.4.
  5. Once the file has downloaded, open it and follow the onscreen instructions.
