The easiest way to do this is to use the Microsoft Internet Controls (SHDOCVW.DLL) control and draw the control on to the form. Use the control's Navigate2 method to point the control to a URL.

Send me an e-mail with what you want the page contain and its style and I will try my best. If you have an HTML Editor e.g. Microsoft FrontPage or FrontPage Express, you can use that to make web pages. There are also plenty of freeware HTML Editors available. Take a look at Download.com.
